Prayers In A Bowl?

Praying is an integral part of every Believers life.  So much so that every decision should always be bathed in prayer...first.  Scripture records several instances of Jesus praying and admonishing us through the Word.  If the Son of God recognized the need to pray and provided this example for us, certainly we should follow His lead to do the same.

Sometimes we may feel like we are praying in a bubble with our prayers never making it beyond the ceiling.  There are times when we may wonder if He is there or even listening because He seems to be silent.  However, God answers all prayers, but not necessarily the way we would like.  His answer may be  "yes", "no" or "wait/not yet".

Actually, our prayers, all of our prayers are very important to Him.  So much so that He keeps them all.  *Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and *golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.  Revelations 5:8 (NKJV). This scripture alone should bring comfort to anyone who questions whether God hears us when we pray!

Blessings.

**Further study of Revelations would reveal how our prayers will used.
